After watching a few clips on YouTube I decided to purchase the DVD. It had to have been the tour in support of Turbo. I loved that album and still do...

I've only just learned of this doc but, apparently, it's been circulating all over the world in the form of n'th generation VHS copies and is regarded as an underground classic. The entire doc takes place in the Landover, Maryland "Capital Center" parking lot on May 31, 1986 and features the pre-show shennanigans of gathering concertgoers...
