Apparently, the tv series V will be remade soon.

This rumour has been round the internet for years. This article looks a little more concrete with it's information though - if true.
I was a huge fan of V and still watch the miniseries and original series on dvd. Normally I'd be excited about a re-make, but after seeing 00s versions of Knight Rider, Bionic Woman etc, I'll hold my excitement.

True that. I don't think they've ever repeated it in the UK have they?

I seem to remember the main hoo-hah with it, was when the 'aliens' ate live hamsters (or something like that!)

I think they ate rats. :-\\
All my friends watched it. It acted as the curfew for us. Very occasionally I could wangle a late night by watching the show around a friends house.

I don't think I even watched one fragment of an episode...just not my thing! :-\\
