Subject: Children of the 80s... heed my call!!

Starting a new topic on my first post; how scandalous!
So I was looking through some old photos today, and I came across this bleary mess:

Featuring, as you can see, a delightfully garish tank, dating from somewhere in the '89-'91 window.
I distinctly remember owning and loving this thing, but here's the rub: That's about all I can remember about it. Oh, and that it had some sort of raisey-uppy gimmick, similar to Mega Force's Goliath, or Starcom's Skyroller. This is, of course, completely useless in terms of identification.
How am I supposed to head over to eBay and indulge my inner man-child if I don't know what this thing is called or which franchise it belongs to? Help me out, yeah?

Yeah, that's what I thought at first, too, but have since ruled GI Joe out. Guess I probably should've mentioned that earlier...
