My all-time favourite is 'Love Has Remembered Me' with 'Oowatanite' in close second.

For many years, April Wine was Canada's best kept secret.  These are their singles ...

♦ 'Sign of the Gypsy Queen' was originally a hit for Canadian singer Lorence Hud.  His version reached #16 in Canada in January of 1973

Growing up in Montreal in the 70s, I heard a lot of April Wine songs.

Actually my top 10 April Wine songs all come from the 70's, they are

You won't dance with me
Could have been a lady
Rock and roll is a vicious game
Bad side of the moon
I'm on fire for you baby
Lady run, lady hide
Tonight is a wonderful time to fall in love
Like a lover, like a song
I wouldn't want to lose your love

I just tried to listen to JUST BETWEEN YOU AND ME (I guess I like that one better than gypsy queen) .... Sounds like a piece of crap!!

I would really like hearing it in analogue again :)
