Hi Y'all!
I really like the boots that Madonna wore in her film Desperately Seeking Susan. They were black kind of ankle boots covered in rhinestones.

I just think that they are so cool and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some boots like that?

Studded boots are making a comeback, so do a search at sites like Hot Topic, Torrid and Zappatos. In the meantime, the closest I found were these, a Christian Laboutin knockoff

I can't help you with the boots, but that's a great movie. It's got all kinds of downtown hipsters of the day in it. For instance, did you know the cab driver is Rockets Redglare, or did you know the clerk at the personal ads counter was Arto Lindsay? Or that Will Patton and Richard Hell had roles in it?

I saw something with studs rather than rhinestones in Payless and also in Deichmanns today

I remember that movie. I have that movie on one of those 'Totally Awesome 80s' double feature packs paired with 'Something Wild'
