^ A good song, but for me, their best is a three-way tie:  'Up the Down Escalator', 'As High as You Can Go' and 'Tears'.  I cannot decide which of the three I prefer more.

The Chameleons, "Script of the Bridge," "Second Skin"
Great band, great album, great song.
Distinctly '80s with a sound reminiscent of U2, Simple Minds, and Joy Division.
I'm going the perfect blend of new wave, disco, alternative rock, technology, style, and soul:
New Order: The Perfect Kiss

Maxwell Smart - The Chameleons UK are good.  The second half of Second Skin is ridiculous.
I'm on a huge Smiths, New Order, and Echo & The Bunnymen kick right now.   My #1s by each are:
New Order - Love Vigilantes     (according to wikipedia Neil Tenant from Pet Shop Boys said this was the pinnacle of New Order's efforts).
The Smiths - Heaven Knows Im Miserable Now, Sheila Take A Bow  (picking one song is impossible!!)
Echo & The Bunnymen - Silver (from the amazing "Ocean Rain" album)
Silver and Sheila Take A Bow both having singers say "La La La La" WITHOUT sounding foolish!!!!!
