im looking for the title of a song that has a male singer talking about a loner who had a girlfriend and was blamed for her death and didnt do it. SHE was found by a lake and i cant remember the title..please help me with this...thanks for any help :)

Sounds like 'Hazzard' by Richard Marx... The male was blamed for the girls death down by the river...
