It's from Beverly Hills Teens - my favorite DiC animated series beside The Littles.
Is it a real song?

I was not able to find anything about it, based on its lyrics: "Say you will go out with me, and I'll be yours eternally". It seems it was made for the cartoon. However, the melody sounds similar.
