-2 is cold. Not as cold as -6, but cold nontheless.
Still, I see -2 more as part of the "plusses". It's nothing like -16.

I spent the entire time period 1986-1988 1) establishing my new career and 2) partying like it's 1999
The dance clubs became my second home... 8)

I graduated from high school right smack dab in the middle of that particular set of years. Got my first "real" job that last 14 years starting at the end year of the time period.
I was engaged-to-be-engaged in 1986, at least until my mom made me break up with him because he wanted to move away (with me) after graduation.
Very eventful set of years in my life. Wish I remembered more of it. ;D

1986-1988 I was in Grade School K-through 3rd grade. I went down to the Jersey Shore with my Aunt in summer of 1987 and went to Washington DC with my parents in summer of 1988. I remember the Space Museum being cold and walking the Washington Monument. I also went to my first New York Yankees game in 1988.
