Subject: Help me figure out what this 80's video is...PLEASE

The video had a weird guy who takes a young girl in an elevator or cage-type thing down into this place where there are all kinds of strange things.

The song that always comes to mind is KC and the Sunshine Band's Give It Up, but this is wrong.

I have seriously been trying to figure this out for years.
