To me 1987 was one of the greatest years when it came to films.

This was hard to choose....I picked PREDATOR though :) (I have it recorded from analogue cable (Cinemax) in the 80s)

Apart from my initial choice, special mentions go to:-

Dirty Dancing - I think the soundtrack was more popular than the film lol. It was all over my high school.
Three Men and a Baby
Harry and the Hendersons - loved this! Easy viewing.
Lost Boys
Princess Bride
Masters of the Universe - actually saw this at the movies. Was a little disappointed it wasn't much like the cartoon, but good film nonetheless for kids. Didn't realise til later that it starred Courtney Cox and Tom Paris from Star Trek Voyager. Back in the 80s they were relatively unknowns.
