Trying to get a year for this pic of my sister with my grandpa

My sister was born in January 1980.
This is another photo taken the same day

Compare to a picture from her second birthday in January 1982:

How old does she look about in the photo with my grandpa? It's obviously Fall or early Winter by their clothes - but is it Fall 1980? Fall 1981? based on how old she looks.

I would say she's around 1 year old since she can already stand.

Late Winter or early Spring 1981 (Like March or April 1981)?

The photos look very late 70s. Definitely not from the 1980s. Look at what they're wearing. And the hairstyles and beard. If they are from the 80s I would say 1980.....that's the year I was born!
Yeah, definitely Fall 1980.
