Subject: Trying to find a song

I've heard this song on the radio several times, and I've noticed its for sale in one of those tv commercial cd's. I know I've seen/heard the name, but I can't recall it now. The closest I can come to the title is "Nuclear Guitar" or "Atomic Guitar" or something equally weird.
Completely instrumental.
I heard it played on Frasier at one point too.
I've never seen whot the artist is, but I'd have to say its a big band. At least half a dozen accoustic guitars.
It starts out at really quick time, with lots of octave changes...however, its eclectic, in that I'm pretty sure it slows down about a minute into it, with a complete change of genre, with a much smaller range of notes.
Hope this is enough that somebody can give me a title.
