If anyone could tell me this song, I'll be very much greatful. I heard it in early 90s and somehow is now stuck in my mind now. It is sung by a male singer, with kind of moody rock tunes. It has these lyrics in it "Tell me what can I do (pause) to turn you around, somehow. I just want to loveeee you now ... . (which I think is the chorus).

You're thinking of "Love You Now" by Winnie Hsin. It was off her 1995 album, Winter Light. Apparently it was released only in China, and other Asian countries. But fortunately, it appears that the album is still in print on CD today...
However, this is a female artist. Don't know if the song was ever covered by a male vocalist or not...
