Subject: Need Movie/Tv Title

Around 1996 I saw part of a Movie or it could of been a tv movie or show but did not remember to look up the title in the tv guide.Here is the scene that I saw:There is a football field
and it goes to a small group of cheerleaders and an older man in the football stands then yells out to one of the cheerleaders and tells her that she forgot to wear her underwear the cheerleader then runs off the football field embarassed.I have been looking for the title of this movie for years now but no luck.I already know that it is not "The Hollywood Knights"or "Johnny B.Good"because they both have similar scenes in them.Does anyone out there know what movie or show this is from???????????
