It was fun while it lasted.  :D
I enjoyed listening to Brian Setzer Orchestra & Cherry Poppin' Daddies.
Atleast it was better than the disco revival of the same time, in my opinion.
I also liked that Gap commercial with the people swing dancing.
It should've lasted a little bit longer.
Like the  disco revival that  lasted about 2 years.

I thought it was fun too.  I think it pretty much became fashionable around the time "Swingers" was released.  That's still one of my favorite movies.

"Zoot Suit Riot" remains one of my favorite 1990's songs!

It went on here well into 2001... I took some basic swing lessons and had a lot of fun during that time.  I still get asked for swing music at functions...

I don't even really remember it. I remember the whole "Electronica/Industrial" thing with Chemical Brothers, Pridogy, Filter, Dadt Punk, and Crystal Method that lasted for a year in 1997.

I had a ton of fun with that! There is a club here in Minnesota that is built inside a cave where gangsters in the 30's used to hang out. Every Thursday nite was Swing nite, so they'd have a live band and everyone would dress up and swing dance! It was so much fun! I even got to swing dance in my high school variety show!

Those were the days!
