Please Help Me? I saw this creepy guy at IHOP and it reminded me of this song that came out sometime between 96 and 98. I havent been able to find it anywhere by searching the lyrics I know. I even think I remember there being a video for it, and know it was played on R&B/Hip Hop stations. The lyrics I remember are.....

Chester's got something up his sleeve

That was the chorus (i think those were the words)
