Subject: "Smells Like Teen Spirit" music video

Written By: woops on 01/29/04 at 00:27 a.m.

Does anybody agree that "Smels Like Teen Spirit" (Nirvana) is the greatest video from the '90's.
Though it's not Nirvana's best video and it did started the whole "grunge" revolution. I've read that the late Kurt Cobain didn't like the video.
The video is always listed on top on any magazine, MTV, VH1 video list. Though I don't always agree on those lists.
Personally, I think  "Heart Shaped Box" was their best video.

What's your take on the music video?

I liked the SLTS video, lots of action, good protest rock song and really set off the grunge style.  Heart shaped box was very dark and kind of sad, but nice and artsy, and again a great song.

Classic song.  Set a new trend...  Honestly, Nirvana was the ONLY thing I liked about the whole grunge era...

SLTS was pretty good video. But the video for "Come As You Are" is my favourite.
