Subject: child crime in the 80s and 90s...

well, i'm a middle school student right now and i'm asking you guys your experiences when the "child crime" happened. it's basically the vandallism and sexual crimes commited by and to children... i think it happened in the 80s and 90s, so if you have any information about it, please email me or post here.

Ummm, dude...these types of crimes were going on long before the 80's and still go on today. I'm not sure if there's some specific material or instances that were covered in your class that you are referring to but I have never heard anything about "the child crime". Sounds like you are referring to a specific incident by calling it "the child crime".
Perhaps you could Google child crimes or crimes against children in 1980 or 1990.
