Personally, it was a Terrible mistake for Israel to Negotiate Peace with PLO mass murderers, the Arabs were never interested in Peace with Israel.
Israel today is like Great Britain in the 1940's involved in a War against a evil enemy, the Arab/Islamic Extremists, if Israel falls, then all of the Western World will fall to the Arab/Muslim Extremists.
The United States should arrest and sentence Yasir Arafat to death, the evidence shows he has links with Al-Quaida and Bin Laden, and he might have had knowledge of Sept 11.

Ummm how would you feel if you were summarily kicked off your land, often to disease filled camps and then were attacked constantly and seen family members , children and others die in horrible ways?
That's how the state of Isreal was founded and the Arabs were on the recieving end of what I spoke about above. How pissed would you be? To what lengths would you go to avenge your dying child or take back land that your ancestors had lived on for generation upon generation?
Both sides act in terrorist ways. The Isreali's get the benefit of the doubt for no reason other than what happened to them in WWII . Nevermind that none of that was the fault of Arab's.

Note that Rabin was assassinated by an ISRAELI. The average Israeli does not want peace. They want war against the Palestinians as part of their twisted Zionist "cause". I say "twisted" not in an antisemitic way, but as a person who will speak against ANY government that tries to impose a religious agenda on its citizens or neighbors.
This is EXACTLY why I believe that America should stay COMPLETELY out of the Israel/Palestine conflict, because it has all the makings of a classic "civil war"/"religious war". Interlopers into such wars have nothing to gain and everything to lose.
Thus the USA should provide NO weapons, and NO aid to either Israel or Palestinian authorities. Let them fight until either one side clearly wins, or they run out of bullets and start throwing rocks at each other. Then, whoever wins, wins.
Much is made of israel's vaunted military strength. I wonder just how "strong" it would be without American weapons and money?
