Unfortunately, no. But I know the top two:

2. Madonna "Ray Of Light" (1998.)
1. Nirvana "Smells Like Teen Spirit" (1991)

BTW, the list featured a couple videos from 1989 like "Free Fallin" (Tom Petty), "Love Shack" (B-52's), & "We Didn't Start The Fire" (Billy Joel) and some from teeny bopper acts like Backstreet Boys & Spice Girls.  :-/

Unfortunately, it's nolonger listed on the VH1 site.

Here's a similar list: MTV2 Top 10 Videos of the '90's: Rock
Voted by the viewers.  :)

10. No Doubt "Just A Girl" (1995)
9. Oasis "Wonderwall" (1996)
8. Blink 182 "What's My Age Again" (1999)
Though a Green Day video would've been better.
7. Pearl Jam "Jeremy" (1992)
6. Radiohead "Creep" (1992)
5. Weezer "Buddy Holly" (1994)
4. Korn "Freak On A Leash" (1999)
Though I don't like Korn & the video has good animation, but should be ranked at #10 or #9. IMO
3. Limp Bizkit "Nookie" (1999)
:P Can't believe this made the list.
2. Guns N' Roses "November Rain" (1992)
IMO, a bit of a suprise since most of the bands on thiss list are still popular/around.
1. Nirvana "Smells Like Teen Spirit" (1991)

And many IMO left out. (Too Much To Mention)

Ok I agree with Limp Bizkit that they should not be on the list.

But, I think "Freak On A Leash" by Korn belongs on that list.  That song was huge in 1999 only song that was bigger was "I Want It That Way" by Backstreet Boys that year.  Plus the video for "Freak On A Leash" was great, the best video of the year in my opnion.

As for songs I would put on that list of the To 90 of the 90s.  Though this song is somewhat forgotten, I think the song "I Believe" by Blessid Union of Souls sould be on the list somewhere.

10. Notorious B.I.G. feat Mase & Puff Daddy "Mo' Money, Mo' Problems" (1997)
Cheesy, cliche' hip hop video.   :P
9. Usher "You Make Me Wanna" (1997)
:P Doesn't belong on this list.
8. Bone Thugs N Harmony "Tha Crossroads" (1996)
7. Snoop Doggy Dogg "Gin & Juice" (1993)
Good video, liked the intro.
6. Notorious B.I.G. "One More Chance" (1994)
5. TuPac "I Get Around" (1993)
4. Dr. Dre. "Nuthin' But A 'G' Thang" (1993)
3. Eminem "My Name Is" (1999)
2. TLC "Waterfalls" (1995)
One of the greatest.  :D
1. TuPac featuring Dr. Dre "Califonia Love" (1995)
One of the few mid/late '90's hip hop videos that I actually like.
