I think the track you're looking for is "Boom Boom Boom" by Goldo (I think that's the artist's name). We got a promo of that 12" at the club I work at. It's on Sony/Columbia. The label on the record jacket mentioned "as heard on the Friday night lineup" or something like that.

Haven't actually seen the commercial but The
Outhere Brothers had a song called Boom Boom
Boom. Hope this helps
