I don't agree with smells like teen spirit being the best song of the 90's, sure it was the most memorable and popular but not the best.

All of Live's 90's songs are cool. They were my fave band from that decade!

I agree. IMO, they were (and still are) a much better band than Nirvana.
Come to think of it, I prefer Dave Grohl's band, Foo Fighters, to Nirvana.

I liked some songs from the 90's more....I also thought Nirvana's BEST song was "Come As You Are".....

I agree with Mark on this one. Further, I thought "Teen Spirit" was terribly overrated :o

Live is possibly the least interesting band I have ever listened to.

Yeah, teen spirit is great but it's not the best.
I love Nirvana and I think quite a lot of there songs are forgotten just because everyone thinks of teen spirit when you mention Nirvana
There is so much more to Nirvana than just the popular teen spirit

Smells Like Teen Spirit is widely regarded as the 'best song' largely because of its sheer influence; it virtually gave birth to grunge and modern rock. I don't really agree with giving one song title of 'best of a decade'. There are plenty of other songs that come near; such as 'Today' by the Smashing Pumpkins, 'Wonderwall' by Oasis (although I think 'Don't Look Back in Anger' is a better song), 'Paranoid Android' by Radiohead, 'Bittersweet Symphony' by The Verve - all memorable songs.
