I am just wondering what year in the '90s the year 2004 is the most like? ??? To me, this year is most similar to 1999 with a few hints of '96 and '98. Jessica Simpson debuted in 1999, but her sister Ashlee, released her first album last month. Any other similarities?

Ummm...no, I don't see 2004 similar to 1999 or 96 and 98 in any way lol. The Jessica and Ashlee Simpson thing doesn't make sense. They're just two singers who are related. :)
