Subject: Looking for this artist/song from mid 90's - black and white video

I don't remember any of the lyrics, but it came out in the mid nineties.. they played it on MTV a lot at one point. The style of music was almost a mixture of PetShop Boys and a more industrial flavor. The music video was in black and white and was basically a woman walking around, possibly a Russian woman. It's bugging me seriously, I can't even remember how the tune goes or anything about it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't remeber the song nor artist, but I know the artist has "White" in the name...
Obiviously it's not Whitesnake nor White Stripes... :-[

Thanks! I actually found it in one of the other threads by happenstance... it's "Your Woman" by White Town.
