What do you feel are the cultural trends of the 90's? How do you think people, in general, felt?

In the early 90's, in the midwest anyway, college students were into a weird fad called cow-tipping (that's where they would tip an actual cow over on its side!)  ::)

I remember that people around me were really influenced by Full House in the early 1990s and even the people most out-of-touch with pop culture would spout off references to current celebrities and things on TV shows, ect.  MC Hammer was a really popular dude when I was in Kindergarten and 1st grade. I recall kids wearing Hammerpants or wearing those big sweaters with a silk-screened photo of eiither MC Hammer or New Kids embroidered onto them.
I also remember when The Simpsons first aired and all the kids sang the altered Jingle Bells that Bart did in the Christmas pilot (I also recall seeing 'Bart the Genius' and quoting Bart's famous "You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't"  line and getting in trouble with my Mom).
I remember 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin being the classroom mantra at school for my first few years.

I think the boy band Kriss Kross started that trend.

People also got into wearing baseball caps backwards as well.

Don't forget about really baggy pants. I think that all came from the culture of Hammerpants.
