Does anyone know the name of this cartoon? It's a gross cartoon about insects who live in a sewer or something. I watched it on Nick circa 96-97.

Does it have a character that looks like a candy cane with huge lips or one that resembles a gremlin?
Then it's "Ahhh! Real Monsters"

1994 to 1996 from what I remeber , though it's also the only Klasky Cuspo Nicktoon I could tolerate

ahhh! real monsters once made a cameo appearance on the rugrats!!
i can't remember all of their names. oblina was the sanky-looking one. and there was the guy who held his eyeballs in his hands above his head. the third had a lemon-shaped head (although, i believe he was red) with sharp teeth.

Oblina is he umbrella/candy cane looking one,
Ickis is the gremlin one,
Krum is the one that held his eyeballs in his hands above his body.
The Gromble was the teacher.
AAAHHHH! Real Monsters is currently shown on the Nick Toons Channel.
Pretty good stuff.
