  Yeah, that one's played-out, now...

I hear the phrase "...at the end of the day..." quite a bit; used in place of "when all is said and done...", I suppose.

  I does sound cool, though...

Ones big in the 90s? Well around 1999 everybody said "Wassup?" now it's passe to say it.  And in the eighties and early 90s you could say "Posse" as a slang word for gang, now it's cliche and seen as campy to say.

IMO Old School decribes mostly things that are retro or nearly retro.  The early-mid 90s falls in the latter category.

I think it started in the 90's but it IRRITATES me when people say "My bad"

I think that one is less of an ongoing "trendy phrase" now. I think for better or worse it has entered the pop culture vocabulary for an indefinite stay("man" started in the 50s, but people still use it all the time, for example).

i hate when people are asking you for something...and instead of saying, "could i have that"....they say, "can i get that".....ex....."can i get a coke"...that irks me!

If I'm talking to a another man, I have the tendency to say "say man, can i have so and so?" I don't know where that comes from, but I always say "say man".  ;D

Whatever...that one is very annoying too, it's always used when the other person can't make a quick snappy comeback

Sometimes I still hear people say "I'm Audi 500" = "I'm leaving"

I use WHATEVER all the time.  I use it when my husband starts in with lesbian fantasies and I'm somehow included.

"Ok Donna, no making out with slutty girls, for ME. But you can make out with slutty girls. Feel free, no, feel ENCOURAGED to make out with slutty girls."

This may be a Midwestern/rural thing, but I think "Cowboy Up" is really lame.
