OK so i have been trying to figure this out for a while and still cant so i thought i should ask someone. Does anyone remember the show that used to come on right after or right before power rangers in like 1997 ?

There was a live action/weird show on with a guy who was the villain painted blue kinda like elvis looking.

omg i dont remember anything about vr troopers but i have a stuffed animal and i remember i named him (vr power ranger)
