Yeah I really liked "Boombastic" alot also.  The only Movie on the list I reember seeing in Theaters was "Clueless" with my Cousin and his Friends (Their Choice obviously since I was only 9, so I had no say in what to see, but I ended up enjoying the movie anyway)

I can only remember 1 other Movie I saw in Theaters in 1995 and that was "Mortal Kombat" which came out a month later

You guys are bumming me out! LOL!! I sure wish I could go back and relive it. The song on that list that always makes me think of 1995 when I hear it is Seal's 'Kiss From A Rose'. 1995 was a good year and a horrible year all in one. My dad died in early 95, and I dropped out of school immediately after his death. It was hard to deal with. Then, a couple months later, I got his life insurance money, which was 100,000 dollars. I spent it in a way that only a 19 year old guy would spend it. Cars, girls, drugs, stereos, cds, fast food, etc. I was broke by November.

lol, I know what you mean. 1995 is my Favorite 90's Year by far and I miss it like crazy. "Kiss From A Rose" was probably the Most Popular Song of the 90's and everytime I hear it I automatically think of the Goodtimes in 1995

I also loved the other song from Batman Forever, "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me" by U2. Great Memories

Since I was around the ages of 19 and 20 and like an adult in 1995, I remember it crystal clearly.  Like it was just a couple of years ago, not 10 years ago.  Even though I graduated high school in 1993, I remember that in the mid 90s around 1995 and 1996 I still felt and acted like a teenager.

1995 what was I doing:

I was working at my Dad's deli

I was listening to NASCAR races on the radio(I had basic TV channels then.)

The New York Yankees(my fave baseball team) went to the playoffs for the first time in a lon time. They lost to Seattle in the playoffs in the strike-shortened season.

My fave NBA team(Utah Jazz)won 62 regular season games but lost to the Houston Rockets in the 1st round of the playoffs. They lost Game 5 on their home floor.

One of the hottest cars of the decade(the 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse was in its first year of bodystyle.)

The OJ Trial.

I remember "Kiss From A rose" by Seal, "ALL Over" by Live "Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Nickie French, and "Misery" by Soul asylum. I used to listen to WPST 97.5 a radio station out of Philadelphia and they used to play those songs all the time That automically makes me think of freshman year of High School in my mind. I remember that song "Roll To Me" by Del Amitri and "Downtown Venus" by PM Dawn. PST used to play some good music in the day. "Warped" by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers was another gem of 95. That was when Dave Navarro was the RHCP's gutairist. Finally I remember that Rock Station 104.3(NYC station) swiched formats from playing 90's alternative  rock to playing 70's Classic Rock. I woke up one morning and I heard a 70's rock song playing on 104.3 and I;m like what the heck? I then something came on like(104.3 New York's classic rock station.) I then switched to K-Rock 92.3 and PST 97.5 forgot about 104.3.

I loved 1995! I loved the way my mind was then. I was 15 years old and I've always remembered that's when my dad's father (my grandpa) passed away in June of that year and that was the summer after I was a freshman in high school then going into my sophomore year.

1995 was THE definitive year of my childhood. It was the year I first started playing video games, the year we got the internet, the year my obsession with basketball kind of died down. I watched all the movies you listed, those are perhaps my most fondly remembered movies of all. I can only remember traces of songs from that era; one of them was Corona - 'Rhythm of the Night' some Blur and Oasis songs, Smashing Pumpkins. Apart from that I never listened to music (which 9 year old does?) much.

I was 13/14 at the time, entering 9th grade but for the first three months I was in school at Mexico City. It was the last true childhood year as I was still a naive youth and was going through lots of depression as a teen and realized the world wasn't all what it was cracked up to be.

I turned 13 that May. There were a lot of hits that year. "Kissed By A Rose," was a big one from the Batman Forever soundtrack. I also was big on the new Mariah Carey album that year (Fantasy) which was full of chart toppers.
