I really liked this movie as a kid after i watched it in music class in second grade...I liked it, but it seems like if i mention it to someone else either they've never heard of it or they didnt like it...what do u think?

OMG!!! I freaking LOVED that movie! I would watch it like everyday and I knew all of the words to every single song....I even bought the soundtrack! LOL! Christian Bale was pretty cute in that movie...but my favorite was Spot Conlon (real name is Gabriel Damon) the one from Brooklyn
....he was really cute!

I have the movie on VHS but would like to replace it on DVD sometime soon. You are not the only one who totally loves this movie!

i dont think your a loser i love the film i watch it every day and i never get boared of it. i mean who can i am totally mad about the film!!!!! i now all the words and everything. i like all the charecters but my faves are spot and jack! :D

Newsies is an AWESOME movie. Spot Conlon was the best...I had a crush on him when I was young. ;D

I haven't seen it in years, and can't clearly remember it, but hey, I liked it too! :)
However, I've had that experience with people too - I like plenty of movies where the typical response I get is "Huh? What's that" or "I didn't really like it...", so I know where you're coming from there, LOL.
