Subject: Do you guys remember the commercials for skip it and creepy crawlers?

I remember the toy skip it. You would attach the toy to your ankle and swing it around and skip. The commercial song was like this "skip it, skip it" I remember the creepy crawlers commercials. There would be a kid freaking out his parents or grandma with bugs and stuff. It had an oven where you made the bugs. CREEEEEEPY CRAWLERS

I also remember the crocodile mile. I had one of these and we use to slide across it. They also had commercial for this. It would be cool for someone to tell me where i can find these commercials.

I remember all those commercials, having watched a lot of kid-oriented programs in the late 80's and early 90's. I never went out and actually got the toys, though.

ha! i had both of those toys in the late 60's or early 70's!! but believe it or not, the old skip-its didn't have built in counters on them. we had to count for ourselves!!

I remember the commercials for both of those. I got a skip-it in '97 I think (never had the creepy crawler machine though). I remember like a year later they came out with a skip-it that would make bubbles when it was turned, that was a little high-tech for me though, lol.

I think I recall another CREEPY toy/critter maker called 'FEELY MEALIES' which were like edible creepy crawlers made with a 'THING MASTER'..
Ah those were the days, letting kids play with make and bake ovens(with a lightbulb as the heater) and a plug in 'Thing maker machine' your basic hot plate.

8) OK...I remember the Skip It TOY ...although I dont think it was called that...What I remember and had was a long plastic rope thing that went around your ankle and it had a LEMON shaped thing on the end...you junped up and around and swung your leg to SKIP over the LEMON...ROPE thing...LOL...it was stupid but I remember Everyone had one!! ..late 70s or early 80s...Im gonna have to find it on the net..I TOTALLY forgot about it till I read this post!!... :D

My older cousin had a creepy crawlers machine and I thought it was badass. I personally went for the Dr. Dreadful food and drink labs, they were awesome.
