I think I will vote for Ralph Tresvant.  I really liked his 1991 hit Sensitivity :)

Kinda tough questions as they all were quite good - but Johnny Gill was much more consistent and had 2 really good albums! Johnny Gill 1992 and Provocative 1993 were jam packed with great new jack swing / feelgood tracks, and of course those great ballads.

It's Johnny all the way!

I picked Bobby Brown b/c he had more songs I enjoyed.

However, they are had songs I enjoyed.
