I need to know if anyone remembers this song with lyrics..."IM JUST LOOKIN FOR THE RIGHT WORDS TO SAY,,,I PROMISE YOU I WILL" These are the only lyrics I know.. I think it was from the 90s and maybe a "1 hit wonder"??

The song is "The Promise" by When in Rome, released in 1989.
