Subject: 200+-to-100+ college football game

I remember there was a college football game in 1990 or 91 that had a 200+-to-100+ score! It broke the record for most points scored by both teams in a game. I'm sure I remember this right, and being shocked to read that in the newspaper.
Does anyone else out there remember that, and who the teams were, and what the score was?
