Subject: Perverted/Sexually Explicit '90s songs

Written By: JamieMcBain on 01/30/06 at 4:28 pm

Since the topic was big on the 80's board, I was wondering if there is any perverted/sexual explict '90s songs, that you remember?

Ones I can remember....

Closer To God (**** You Like An Animal) - Nine Inch Nails
Me So Horny - 2 Live Crew
I Wanna Sex You Up - Color Me Badd
Baby Got Back - Sir Mixx Alot
Smack My **** - The Prodigy

Anyone else care to add to the list?

I Touch Myself - The Divinyls
I Kissed A Girl - Jill Sobule
Laid - James
Freak Me - Silk
Soul Asylum covered Sexual Healing and you could hear him say "I don't wanna have to masturbate" at the end.

I'm sure I can think of more later.

A lot more than the '80s, probably a lot less than the '00s.  Every other song on the radio today talks about shaking ass, seriously turn on your radio.  In the '90s, maybe 1 out of 10 songs talked about shaking ass.

Anything by the Outhere Brothers, with the outstanding "(I Wanna) F*** U In The A$$" on top (pun intended).

German techno-act Interactive recorded a single called "Dildo", with the only lyrics being the word "dildo" repeated over and over again. It shouldn't surprise you to read that this "song" reached #21 in Dutch Top 40... :-[

The first ever song to make it to Dutch Top 40 with a title containing the f-word was "Everybody F*** Now" by Sissy Penis Factory in 1991.

There's so many.... just think of all the obscene hip hop songs that were around back then.

There was "Lick It" by 20 Fingers feat. Roula. Here's the lyrics to it:

And there's "Doin' It" by LL Cool J.

TLC's 'Red Light Special'..I just thought of that one....I was gonna say their "I Ain't Too Proud To Beg" but I'm not sure whether that was late '80s or early '90s.

some other ones are Bell Biv Devoe's 'Do Me' and Blackstreet's "No Diggity"...

Speaking of the obscene hip hop songs back then, I just thought of a perfect example. Here's a couple of songs from the the Dogg Pound's 1995 debut Dogg Food:

http://www.ohhla.com/anonymous/dggpound/doggfood/somebomb.dpg.txt
(warning: these lyrics are EXTREMELY offensive)

For those of you unfamiliar with the Dogg Pound, look at this:

Freak Like Me by Adina Howard and Justify My Love by Madonna

Would Nirvana's Rape Me fit here too since Cobain claims it's not really about rape?
