What is the Best Sports Moment of 1996? mine is Kerri Strug hurt her ankle and she did the vault and gave the U.S. Women the Gold in Gymnatics

1996 is when the Summer Olympics took place in Atlanta, so lots of great sporting moments from that.
My personal favourite is when the Canadian sprinter Donovan Bailey won the gold medal in the men's 100 metre race, setting a new world record in 9.84 seconds.

I wouldn't really consider professional wrestling to be a "sport," so I don't think that counts.
