Yeah, it sort of does...never thought of it in way before. Though there's a '90s sensibility about it.' Never one of my favourite Blur tunes, like 'Country House' is was painfully pop, painfully radio-friendly. Though, strangely enough, unlike 'Country House' it didn't lend itself very well to drunken choruses in the pub. More of a 90s dance song...But yeah, it could easily have been 1984 instead of 1994 (like many 90s 'dance music).
