Subject: I need to know a name of a movie

I recall it being in the 90s, it was about these two Americam women in Africa and they for some reason get in trouble and they are arrested by police, I forget how it goes from there. This may seem to general a description, but maybe it rings a bell with some of you?

Mmmm, no, that was an 80s film with Meryl Streep, came out in '85 I believe. This is with twp actresses, blonde, never heard of them before. For all I know, I may be familiar with them, just not the names.
