There are simply too many to name. Weezer's debut 'The 'Blue' Album' would be up there, as would of course the big ones like Nevermind, Sheryl Crow's - Tuesday Night Club, Oasis - Definitely Maybe, Alanis Morisette.etc.

Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness-The Smashing Pumpkins.
Nine Inch Nails' 1994 CD (it's too early for me to remember titles)
Marilyn Manson's most famous CD
Korn's most famous CD (again, forget the titles)
Little Earthquakes-Tori Amos.
Odelay-Beck.

When I think of the most influential albums of the '90s, three that spring immediately to mind are:

Nevermind - Nirvana
Dookie - Green Day
Fear of a Black Planet - Public Enemy

Not necessarily the top three most influential albums.... just three that popped into my head. :)

For me, the three greatest albums of the 90s were:

Mariah Carey - "Mariah Carey"
This album introduced us to the greatest female singer of all time.

Alanis Morrisette - "Jagged Little Pill"
This showed another side of Alanis. Her defection from happy bubble gum pop to angry rock paid off.

Spice Girls - "Spice"
This was the first album of the girl group that defined the 90s

I also think En Vogue's first CD is pretty influential.

Influential to whom? If you're talking about other artists, Faith No More's Angel Dust CD was the most influential of the decade. This CD (and, to a lesser extent, the song "Epic") gave birth to nu and rap-metal as we know it. It's probably the most underrated album in history.

A conclusive list...

Faith No More's Angel Dust-The source of rap metal and nu metal.
Nirvana's Nevermind-No explanation needed.
Beck's Odelay- The genre-bending, post-gloom alt rock of the past ten years wouldn't be here without this...
TLC's crazysexycool-Created, to a large degree, the "urban contemporary" sound of the past ten years.
Liz Phair's Exile in Guyville- Lo-fi, angry '90s woman rock at its best.
Green Day's Dookie-Started pop-punk, and a close cousin to the popular music of the '00s.
Mariah Carey's Music Box and Mariah Carey
R.E.M's Out of Time and Automatic for the People
RHCP's Blood Sugar Sex Magik
Tori Amos' Little Earthquakes-Probably underrated in its influence...
Elliott Smith's Elliott Smith
Destiny's Child's The Writing's on the Wall
Tupac Shakur's California Love
Dr. Dre's The Chronic
Whitney Houston's  The Bodyguard Soundtrack
Belle and Sebastian's If You're Feeling Sinister- A big influence on indiemo.

Uhh, Excuse Me?  First off, "California Love" was not an Album, it was just a Song, and an Overrated one at that.  What is so influential about someone singing about how much they love California?  Are we supposed to care?  Is there really any need to boost Californians Ego's even more by claiming how great they and their state are?  How Pathetic

Not to mention, Tupac Shakur was an Evil Man who started a Rivalry just to sell a few records, and then it ended up getting 2 people killed in the process (Himself and Biggie)

I can't believe someone would be so lousy enough to name a 2Pac album or song more influential than a Biggie one.  Both of Biggie's were influential, arguably the most influential rap albums of the 90's

The Pixie's 'Surfer Rosa' released in 1988 was the template for indie rock of the 90s. If you listen to almost any 90s alternative band you can recognise the influence of this band, which was nothing short of huge.

Of course late 80s albums like the spate of 'Gangsta Rap' albums like 'Bizzybone,' N.W.A.'s 'F*ck the Police', West Coast Bad Boy's 'Straight Outta Compton' were also very influential.

Yeah, The Pixies' Surfer Rosa and Doolittle, along with Suzanne Vega's Solitude Standing, rank as influential late '80s albums on the '90s.
