i think at its peak in 1994 and 1995 it looked like grunge just much baggyer

Are you talking about hats or pants, shirts....what?

Are we talking about the fad of wearing your baseball cap with the bill turned around backwards? I'm not really sure when that went out - sometime in the early to mid '90s.

Around 1994-95 area that the hat-to-the-back look went out, and golf hats (or sun visor hats came in) around 1996.
