Subject: Cover Songs - Better Than the Original

Written By: Cover Girl on 05/03/06 at 6:18 pm

What cover songs do you like better than the original from the 90's or any decade?

I like Listen to Your Heart by DHT and Tragedy by Steps.  I like the originals by Roxette and Beegees also, but the covers I like a bit better :)

I don't know if anyone will remember this one ...

Break My Stride by Unique II, a dance version of the great Matthew Wilder classic.  It had this cool, carribean type dance pop feel to it, and I loved it.

I think Gary Jules's cover of the song "Mad World" is better than the original by Tears for Fears....but don't get me wrong I love them too :)

I prefer Nirvana's Unplugged version of Bowie's The Man Who Sold The World.
