I watched the old Saturday morning Disney cartoons like Aladdin, Chip 'n' Dale, Pinky and the Brain/Animaniacs, Darkwing Duck, a few other movie-spinoffs. Vaguely remember the show you are referring to, think it aired in the late 90s.

Me too. I think that show aired in 1996.

I stopped watching a lot of cartoons around that time, so that one I knew of but never was that into it.

Yes. My favorite of the cartoons was "French Fried." Where Louie tries to turn their friend, Speedy, the snail who sounded like Bing Crosby, into escargot. So, they all wind up chasing each other around the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

"Pinky and the Brain" and "Animaniacs" were made by Warner Brothers, not Disney.

Timon and Pumbaa were characters in the '94 animated movie "The Lion King"; they later began their own tv series. I've watched a few episodes of that show...but not until after we got cable; then I could see them on Toon Disney.
