Or the commercials for that Crossfire game, I remember seeing those all the time in the '90s.

Is that from 1990? I remember skittles commercials like that throughout the 90s - indeed Skittles itself seemed a very 90s thing - but of course without the daggy fashion

I only thought that because I saw '1990 Commercials' in the search box ;D, so I assumed it was from 1990. But indeed it does look quite 1990 - early 90s in any case.

Yeah, that seems like it would fit right on a Fresh Prince episode! ;) I don't think it was that one, but I vividly remember the "Taste the rainbow" catchphrase in other Skittles commercials.

Yeah, the 'Taste the Rainbow' promo was the one I remembered as well. Think it was about 1997 or 1998, can't be sure.
