1994, though 1991, 1992, 1997, and 1998 are close. 1994 is the quintessential '90s.

I definately love 1994. 1995 would be second and 1996 would be third.
I do agree. 1994 is the most '90s year because it had some early '90s and some mid '90s in it.

My vote goes to 1996. That was one of the best summers of my life. I also liked 1992 and 1999.

1994, then 1996. 1994 is the ultimate sentimental nostalgic year for me, of the 90's. And there's just something about 1996, I keep coming back to.

1994 and 1995 in a dead lock tie! Both were great years and easily the best years of the 90's
Once we entered the 2000's, I always said to myself that 1995 was easily my favorite 90's year, and it still is, but 1994 is right there with it ;)

Personally, it was 1992. I have SO many fond memories from that year.
1999 comes very close to that. That was the year I'd meet the man who'd eventually become my boyfriend :)
