Subject: really want to know the name of this 90s song

hello there! i've been trying to find out the song title and band name of this song, for ages!
i know it came out in the 90s, the video clip had people dressed up as animals, and they were dancing round the african savannah.
it had a piano bit at the start, then most of the music is steel drums. the only real lyrics it has is like an african chanting
"hey-uh-mumma-ma. hey-uh-mumma-ma way-an-dalia- heyuhmumma-ma-ma hey-a-ey-ey-yah"
sounds kinda dumb, when its written down like that, i know. but any help anyone could possibly give me, would be awesome!
its been driven me nuts!

perhaps the 1994 hit "Return to Innocence" by Enigma?

No, that's not it actually, because "Return To Innocence" didn't have people dressed up like animals at an african safari in the music video.

Dario G's "Sunchyme" is a dance track that sampled the chant from Dream Academy's "Life In A Northern Town". Don't recall the video though.

I completely forgot about that (which is weird since I own it on CD Single). That is definately the one to which sammyantha seeks

Wow they used to play Dario G at 6 am sunrise at this all-nite club we used to go to every weekend in the late 90s. Heaven!
