Subject: Looking for the name of a show

Does anyone know the name of a show that played in the early 90's. It was about twin alien brothers that came to earth.
In one of the episodes one brother was tortured but felt nothing, while his twin recieved all the feelings.
A friend told me he remebers the show and one scene that he thinks about often is:
(The brothers were walking down the street and saw a sexy blonde, she had a sailor tattoo on her arm. WHen they asked her, her name she said in a manly voice "ROGER")
This has been driving me crazy. I've been looking all over the net and talking to everyone I know but most don't remeber the name at all.

They Came From Outer Space
