Okay....there was this song in the mid 90s.
It was slow, in a minor key (from what I remember), the lady who sang it was a redhead I believe, and the only lyrics I remember is that she's singing something about "ball and chain". Anyone have any ideas? :P

Lots of songs have "ball and chain" as lyrics, but I didn't see any from Reba McEntire, Bonnie Raitt or Tori Amos (my best three guesses on red headed female singers of the 90s).
