Subject: Saturday Morning Cartoons in the late '80s and '90s

Did anyone else watch Saturday morning cartoons religiously in the late '80s and '90s like I did? Back then nearly every network had long blocks of cartoons every Saturday morning. Fox, CBS, ABC, and NBC up until around 1992 I think, had the best shows. I would get up sometimes as early as 6:00 in the morning just to watch cartoons.
Also has anyone noticed that Saturday morning cartoons really started to die out around 2001 or so? Even though ABC and CBS still show cartoons on Saturday mornings, those blocks only last about 3 or 4 hours and(at least to me) most of the shows suck.
These are some of my favorite Saturday morning shows from back then:
Darkwing Duck
Garfield and Friends
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Sonic The Hedgehog
The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show
The Real Ghostbusters
Eek! The Cat
Bobby's World
Goof Troop

They got many collectors/fans 'droolin' for Muppet Babies DVD'S but Disney has to get the rights to release them as the many clever 'live action' clips have to be cleared for use or sale with the program!
C'mon..where are the MB"S!!!!
At least they released the Muppet Show in one promotion last year! Guess more to come!
