Does anyone remember the cartoon with the guy and his dog. The guy was a dork. He had bad posture, had dark hair that was spikey because it was sloppy and not combed all the way, and he was really skinny. I remember his dog being little and brown, but I could be wrong. It wasn't very popular for very long. I think his name was simple and short, like Ed or Ned or something like that. Can anyone help me?

I don't know, but that is a picture of Doug and his dog Porkchops. In the cartoons Doug was either in a situation or thinking of the worst case sceinario and trying to solve the problem. He was shy around girls and a bit clumsy.
